Now that we’ve got the basics of the previous few Lessons to show us how the Cycle of Addiction keeps rolling along, we’re going to take a deeper look into what occurs during each and every phase.
In doing this, we provide you with the insights necessary to see where the Cycle is at its weakest, where you’re at your strongest and exactly what it’s going to take to break it - once and for all.
Let’s begin…

Go on a Medicine Journey here:
Get yourself ready for the Journey by making yourself comfortable, but not too comfortable that you fall asleep!
Maybe you use headphones? Either way, make sure the volume is right, so you can follow the instructions, and have your pen and journal close by.
Wishing your a powerful and insightful Journey.
Do the Shamanic wRites exercise here:
Remember to have your pen and journal close at hand.
As you relax your body and regulate your breath during the first three minutes, allow yourself to connect with The Most Difficult Part of Your Cycle , as you found in your Medicine Journey from earlier in this Lesson. Don't try to fix or figure anything out, just sit in the connection until you receive the writing prompt.
When you hear the prompt, write it down and answer it. Just put pen to paper and let it rip! Don't edit, don't think, don't judge; just keep going until you're called back.
Wishing you powerful and insightful Shamanic wRites!
Client’s Summary Checklist
Here’s the Checklist for Lesson 15. Look it over, see if you’ve gotten answers to the key questions, and notice where you feel stuck. No judgement: It’s where you’re at right now. Just notice.
Notes From The Lab for Practitioners
As a practitioner, as well as a client and forever student, I am continuously surprised at not only how powerful this work is for my clients but also for myself.
Every time I revisit the material contained within these timeless, archetypal concepts and their spirits of truth and change, I gain, release, and grow.
How about you? Give these questions some thought and, as always, feel free to share below or send me a message.
